List of foods that correspond with the approximate number of steps that is needed to counteract their caloric effect on your body!!!

Below is a list of foods that correspond with the approximate number of steps that is needed to counteract their caloric effect on your body.

For example, if you were to eat one serving of chocolate ice cream you would need to walk about 1,980 steps. And to put that in perspective, 1,980 steps is just under one mile of walking for the average person. That's a lot of walking to burn off the caloric damage from one serving of ice cream!

You can check out the rest of the list below provided by the GlobalFit website:

One serving of mashed potatoes - 1540 steps
One serving of chocolate ice cream - 1980 steps
Macaroni and cheese - 2640 steps
Large French fries - 6000 steps
Slice of pepperoni pizza - 4560 steps
Cheeseburger - 3840 steps
